At Faltrego, people matter most. Faltrego was set up to challenge the status quo of film, TV and production companies and stands as a 'small but mighty' alternative to traditional, hierarchical, and outdated practices. We encourage entry from non-traditional backgrounds, celebrating potential and mentoring our people to greatness. We want to close the inequality gaps in production and our team is united by our shared commitment to helping support and uplift women in production: we commit to minimum 50% women or underrepresented talent on-set on any production. We stand emphatically against the culture of unpaid interning and commit to paying London Living Wage and overtime pay . We have an established culture of flexibility, fairness, and friendliness.

The Faltrego Model
We know a one-size-fits-all approach for productions simply doesn’t work for the sectors we serve. When a brief comes in, we use our Model to come up with a tailored approach that works for your unique production brief and set of circumstances.
Shoestring budget? We’ve got you covered with our ‘lighter touch’ option. Or, if you have the means, we can work with you as a 'full service' production partner, injecting greater and deeper servicing (more of our storytelling superpower!) into your productions.
