🎥 Faltrego is a women-led visuals agency which provides video, animation, graphic design and illustration production services for the third sector and public sector with the goal of creating positive social change worldwide.

About the job
As a creative producer, you will be working closely with clients orchestrating ideas and resources to turn briefs and creative concepts into reality.
The job is both a managerial position and operational position. You will manage one (1) direct report, our Videographer and Editor. No previous management experience necessary.
The role involves:
Managing the workload and wellbeing of one (1) direct report
Taking videos from the ideas stage right through to the final products
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients - acting as the day to day contact across our video projects
Creating compelling pitches for prospects interested in live-action video production
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
Organising both UK and international photo and video shoots, managing photo and video freelancer resource
Leading on all pre-production including determining video format and structure, discerning key messages, producing narratives, writing interview questions, undertaking art direction and managing human resource
Conducting and recording remote interviews over Zoom for talking-head films
Attending shoots with our videographer in a producer capacity, to lead the shoot and conduct any interviews
Crafting narratives from transcripts and facilitating with story-editing in post-production
Depending on experience, the role may also involve:
Assistance filming with second camera on shoots if/where necessary
Stepping into the 'videographer' role in absence of our videographer due to Leave
Number of hours per week – 40
Working pattern – 8 hours days with lunch break (09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00 flexible)
Salary – Negotiable DOE
This role will be work-from-home most of the time but would involve some on-location filming across the UK. We are looking to obtain central London office space, in which case it will be a hybrid role and you will be expected to visit the office at times convenient to you.
What are we looking for?
This role would be suitable for someone with agency experience or alternatively someone transitioning from in-house video/multimedia production or freelance video production.
Faltrego is a small team and working with us you are an integral part of the family. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating positive change in society, who identifies as an ‘activist’, and who is interesting in being part of a tight community of women-led changemakers.
The ideal candidate will be based in London.
You have demonstrable interest in social issues, and an interest in our work with charities, causes and changemakers.
You have excellent project management and organisational skills and work very well to deadlines - you'll be excellent 'plate spinner'
You have outstanding communication and client-facing skills and genuinely love interacting with people
The ideal candidate will have experience in a project management / video production management role
The ideal candidate will have experience working in, or working with, a third sector or public sector organisation
The ideal candidate should be Mac literate (equipment provided)
Driving license is desirable but not essential
Depending on experience, we may assess:
Experience filming/shooting as an individual or part of a small videography team - Sony A7S series or similar (broadcast camera filming not required)
