About Faltrego
Faltrego is a female-led video agency which provides end-to-end video and animation production for charities and causes with the goal of creating positive social change worldwide.
Lived experience of charities’ communities is at the heart of what we do. We help marginalised stories be told emotively and visually, and the videos we produce have a strong focus on putting the voices of patients, members and beneficiaries at the front and centre.
Our internal culture centres strongly around being a female-first organisation, championing female creativity in a traditionally male-dominated industry. At Faltrego we deliberately build a team around those from minority backgrounds with a big focus on intersectionality.
About the job
The role is varied and will involve splitting time between undertaking production activities and digital marketing activities.
For assisting on production activities you will be a helping-hand on set, as well as working remotely on internal and external video edits using Adobe Premiere Pro.

You will take behind-the-scenes videos and photographs for social media marketing
When it comes to assisting with editing, your main duties will be transcribing interviews, stringouts, sourcing music and subtitling.
You will edit in-house marketing material for Faltrego promotional purposes
You may also be given simple clients edits, which you’ll be supported with throughout
General assistance can involve researching novel creative and narrative approaches in video and animation and assisting with idea-generation in response to client briefs
For digital marketing, you will be creating and developing new written and visual content, exploring ideas and sharing relevant stories that resonate with Faltrego’s charity clients. You will need to adapt and quickly develop an understanding of our audience.
You will produce social media graphics for the purpose of promoting Faltrego
You will be required to update social media platforms and schedule posts
You will be writing regular in-depth value-driven blogs / articles
You will be required to conduct competitor research
You will have the exciting opportunity of researching new initiatives and creating future marketing campaigns
