Citizens Advice reached out to Faltrego to support the creation of a new brand film to tell the story of the organisation and raise awareness of their charity status. We took the brief from conception to delivery, working with 15 creatives and artists to bring together an emotive film, designed to win the hearts and minds of potential supporters and cementing Citizens Advice as a charitable organisation.

Citizens Advice reached out to us again to produce a film for their volunteer recruitment campaign, to be launched as part of The Big Help Out. The film had to authentically reflect the diverse roles held by volunteers and be emotive in illustrating the feeling when a little thing makes a difference. Importantly it had to showcase that anyone, from any walk of life, can volunteer; as well as the vital importance of the volunteer workforce to charities like Citizens Advice in delivering their services.
